"Mary Sue" has been around and been tossed about in writing circles a heck of a lot longer than TVT. I think the Star Trek fanfic it came from was like...the 70's.

I do, however, find the implication amusing that Tara Strong is herself a Mary Sue. I mean, she kind of is, even if she's the kind we love

I personally think that S 3 E 3 will have an alternative art style for some reason. That's usually the reason the animators love certain episodes.
