You need to add a "take a shot whenever there is a fandom nod", like the whole Vinyl Scratch thing.

And for the second part, take a shot for every twist.
Whatever. I may still not watch the premiere.
It's way too easy to make drinking games for this show, especially if the rules pertain to repeated phrases or Pinkie's antics.
I love this fandom.

What does that mean?

As with other fandoms.
Isn't there a trope about that kind of thing?
Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.
I'm guessing it'll become self-sustaining before that happens.
Well I've rarely seen any of that, since I usually stick to Equestria Daily. The closest I've seen that fits Inane's description was in 4Chan/Everfree/Funnyjunk posts that I saw in Thread Simulators.

I hang out at Everypony, myself, but I completely avoid anything that talks about the show itself.
Games, General Chat and Rps. That's it.

Anyone else here remember how much prodding it took for Seth to post M/M fics? And how they still have a huge THIS IS TOTES GAY label? Derpy drama was there too.
Yeah, that is quite unfortunate. It probably doesn't help that even the guys who don't have any issues with m/m fic are still to disinterested in it to really care to much whether it's allowed.
To echo what other posters are saying, this is why I stick to Equestria Daily and a few pony blogs. I have no desire to get involved in fandom warring and creepiness. I just want my awesome art and Dresden Files/ponies crossover.

Those earlier posts reminded me of this thought I had.
It's okay for women to defy gender roles and revolutionize them, yet somehow, the same does not apply to men.
