Yeah, that scene, as short as it was, was brutal. You kind of have to feel for Big Macintosh— you can certainly assume that he didn't want to be so harsh to them (especially not a member of his own family), but they both knew it had to be done.

I was disappoint by the lack of Rocky/Karate Kid in the latest Poniator. I mean, that training montage was just begging for a shout-out!

Also, apparently there is a Diamond Tiara/Cave Johnson crossover, in the form of a macro found on Ponibooru. It's a screenshot of Editor-In-Chief DT at her desk, with a combustible lemon on said desk and a Cave Johnson poster on the wall.

Needless to say, the pic sparked comments spoofing the infamous Lemon Rant.

Now whenever I see the rainbow section of the Weather Factory scene, I can't help but chuckle at in-jokes related to Rainbow Factory.

Nowadays, I take those infamous grimdark fics as jokes, even though I still don't recommend them. Giggle at the Ghostie and all that.
