I just know that Fluttershy would try and maybe succeed in catching and "domesticating" a Headcrab like how Dr. Kleiner did with Lamarr in HL2.

The Combine aren't human for one, and they're certainly more than capable of invading and occupying Equestria in record time, even if the Ponies manage to domesticate Headcrabs.
They'd certainly have difficulty handling the Poison Headcrabs, what with their bites loaded with Deadly Neurotoxin.
