Oh, I LOVE South Park, don't get me wrong, I just know a lot of people don't find it to their tastes. So it's not something you can guarantee.

South Park was the show me and my friends watched when we were ten years old, because it had cursing and poop jokes.

I still can't contextualise the concept "adults watch South Park" in my head, because to me all that show has is cursing and poop jokes to draw in pre-teens.

It didn't exactly help when a friend of mine who's a fan tried to convince me the show is awesome by telling about this episode where everyone learns to shit with their mouth and eat with their ass.

Actually, my parents are the ones who got me into South Park. They watch it more than me... They enjoy it more, actually. >.>

Then again, they've got a wide range of humor sense. They love british humor more than most people around here.

Oh yeah, my Mom was huge on the original Dr. Whos. I don't know about the more recent things, but I'm sure she is. If the entire boxed sets of Red Dwarf or sets of Benny Hill are any indication of taste, I know there are a lot of other British comedy shows they watch. I'm not as big on it, but I do love Benny Hill.

While I was playing Descent 3 last night, I had a thought.

I bet that one of Rainbow Dash's relatives, most likely her father, is named Roy G. Biv.

By the way, when I said that I had thought Pinkie was the leader before Friendship is Magic, I was talking about G3 MLP. Sorry I didn't clarify earlier.

Given the circumstances of that generation, I was probably right.

Of course, makes perfect sense. Though, in my species writeup for their Tw V conversion, I have optional rules for Unicorns, Pegasi, Drafts, Seahorsies, Breezies, and Aricorns. I made sure to cover as much as possible.

Late but:

I hate poop jokes and anything pertaining to toilet humor, but I do like South Park. Aside from a few episodes I cannot watch, I can usually enjoy almost any episode, and not have to worry too much. To a certain extent. Old school South Park was far more...crass...I suppose than New school South Park. Of course, which one is better is a huge debate.

What's a Draft

It comes in through an open window. It's like a Windigo, but far, far less dangerous. Actually, it's a Draft pony. Like Big Mac.

As far as South Park is concerned, I like it, but I take everything they say or do with a grain of salt. Like a salt-lick-sized grain.

I actually never watched South Park at all.

The little I heard about it does not really appeal to me, and I dislike the drawing style, so I never bothered. But I know that it has a following, and sooner or later I might or might not decide to watch an episode just out of curiosity. Same as The Simpsons and Futurama, as far as I am concerned.

But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.

@ Carciofus - My first real exposure to South Park was a video game called Chef's Luv Shack. It's kind of like You Don't Know Jack, but South Park themed, with general trivial questions. I have a conservative Christian friend who played it with me and he thought it was hilarious.

Some time ago, The Yogscast discussed the possibility of a Secret Pony Level in Diablo III.

Also saw pony versions of Xephos, Honeydew and Hannah, the latter of which drew all three. Pony!Xephos looks like a badass.

...And no, I don't really watch Yogscast.

Whenever I imagine Rainbow Dash as a starfighter pilot, I always imagine her flying a GTF Perseus Interceptor from Freespace 2. Fitting, really. Because from my experiences, she'd be perfect as an interceptor pilot.
