Applejack: Tanker — Quite probably the last pony standing in a hooffight. Can take a hit like you wouldn't believe.
Rainbow Dash: DPSer — With her agility, she can take down enemies faster than you can say "Wonderbolts".
Twilight Sparkle: Utility Mage — This unicorn has a spell for everything. Well, almost everything.
Pinkie Pie: Chaos Mage — Okay, so she's not really a mage. But she's just so random, she might as well be.
Rarity: Rogue — The face of the party. And not as harmless as you might think.
Fluttershy: Beastmaster — Have you ever seen a stampede of bunnies? Scary as heck, I tell you.

I think the Devil has made a quite a few other Pony references before this one, too. I'm not an avid reader of the comic though, and couldn't say where. You'll find them if you check back a bit, though.
