I'm still trying to get over the fact that having ever crushed on any of the ponies probably qualifies me as a pedo.

I'd say they're furry as opposed to zoophilia because they have one very important thing: a spark of intelligence. They're effectively people in the body of a pony.

They aren't anthro. It's zoophilia.

Either way, yet another term(s) is going on the already perilously long Naney's Paraphilia List.

Technically this view is in conflict with legal definitions of bestiality, because the same legal systems define animals as 'vertebrates that aren't human', but no one has ever challenged such imagery being broadcast at prime time. Care should be taken that when discussing fictional or hypothetical cases, both parties are using the same dividing line between person and non-person.

Huh. By that definition, I guess all furries are also Zoophiles.

Well I'll be damned.

...Quite literally, in fact.

Still, if one were to draw a distinction within zoophilia between Furry and Bestiality as it is commonly, publicly seen (ie. sex with a non-sapiant animal, at least from where I'm around) The ponies would still fall under Furry. Anthropomorphism covers and attribution of human traits, including intelligence alone. Not to mention they regularly stand up right...well, it's not much sense to argue it, I suppose. An attraction to one fictional character is, at it's core, just as odd as any other.

As for an imaginative pony...a Thought bubble, perhaps?

Dude, Pinkie gets up on one leg and waves her arms around her head at one point during the No Fear song. How is that not anthro? Granted, I still feel super creepy about being mildly attracted to the way she acts, but...

But most of the time she has how many legs on the ground? I mean my dog can get up on its hind legs, that doesn't make it anthro.

I'd also offer up their exaggeratedly tiny bodies in proportion to their heads and their highly rounded head shapes as evidence. I'd say they're "dangerously furry" rather than "you sick bastard".

Can we all just agree that crushing on a fictinoal character, any one of them, is as strange as another?

And I doubt Loid's dog is capable of fluent speech, ratinoal thinking and other human level intelligence feats.

And Haldo, you might just have a preferance for funny girls, that's all. Granted, Pinkie Pie is a bit over the top, but you see my point?

Random: Girls so often give the cliche compliment of "you're funny" to a guy. Nobody ever tells girls they are funny. Why?

I think you're right, Kuro, though you might have gone a little far talking about Loid ^-^;

I don't know why girls get complimented on being funny less often. Maybe it's the whole Closer to Earth stereotype...

I always thought the ponies were fairly anthro because of their human-like faces. To me, they're just cartoonish enough to count as pony-shaped humans rather than actual ponies.

Also Bunny, I wouldn't worry too much about going to one of the hells. I've been sent there like, 5 times over the course of my membership to this website, and I've always come out of it fine.
