As much as I like Cranky I don't really have a strong desire to see him show up again. I mean his storyline is already resolved, so what would he do if he showed up again besides typical cameo appearance stuff?

I suppose it'd be pretty cool if Little Strongheart and Braeburn made a repeat appearance. It'd definitely provide an opportunity to flesh out their characters.

A good plot could be Gilda getting into trouble, and Dash helping her out, even though she's still a jerk to her. Which prompts gilda to say sorry. Aesop about Loyality and all that.

There is something strangely cathartic about finally posting a chapter to a fic after a month of writer's block, and seeing the rage in the comments at the cliffhanger in said chapter. It means that they really are engrossed in the story.

Actually, I think it'd be cooler if Dash got into trouble and had to rely on Gilda for aid, demonstrating that while selfish, Gilda is in fact willing to go to great lengths to help a friend. Of course some people would argue it's out of character for Gilda. I just think it'd be a stronger redemptive story and I'm a sucker for redemption arcs.
