So, do you guys consider this show a
Guilty Pleasure or not? Because I am trying to explain to all my friends why I like the show, and I don't know any other descriptor for the show.
Also, because it is relevant to why some like it.

For me it's not
Guilty Pleasure. Buying toys yes, but being fan of this show is just Pleasure.

Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.
Well it isn't bad and it isn't being enjoyed ironically so I don't feel guilty about it, but then guilty pleasures are a personal thing. If you watch it even though it feels wrong for you watch/like it then congrats, it's your guilty pleasure.

A pleasure? Certainly. Guilty? Not so much. It's a good show. No reason to be embarrassed about it. You may feel differently though.
@L Dragon Not really, the only thing I can really think could apply for you to feel guilty about it, at least once you start watching it, is the fact it is for children, which doesn't matter to me in the slightest. That, or the fact it is for girls, but since the show, while aiming for a girl audience, isn't actually that girly, that also doesn't matter to me.
The internet is the realm of chaos, but not all chaos is evil.
Considering that the franchise is commonly known as a show for little girls, trying to get my friends and relatives to try it out is extremely tough. The only way I can say i enjoy it without being given funny looks is by saying it is a
Guilty Pleasure.
So how should I do it instead?

Well, you could point out the community and its activeness. That's how I did it with my family, Along with showing them that the show is funny, even for older people. It might backfire though, depending on who you are showing it to.

I don't really care, I just watch and enjoy like a boss.
I see little point in communicating to every Tom, Dick, and Harry I know that I watch the show, I don't see why would need to do something like get my family involved.

I want to convert them to the herd.

Good news, my senior may be able to utilize my annual leave as half-days before I leave :D
Oh, I didn't tell my family about the community because I wanted them to be bronies themselves, just for them to not think I am completely crazy. ^_^

I'm curious, what alternative name could there be? Tales of Equestria?

Tales of Equestria is a good one. "The Elements of Harmony" might work.
Except that a scant few of the episodes are actually about the Elements, or even mention them at all.

Tales of Equestria huh? I am now reminded of the
Tales RPG series.

Because Equestria is totally going to be their next sprawling Tales Of game and it shall be glorious.
