Ketchup is okay in moderation. Don't want too much though.
My time working in the dishroom at my college has given me an abiding dislike for too much ketchup. It's hard to clean up and the smell sticks, so any time I saw plates coming by full of ketchup I wanted to go out, find whoever had put it on the dish turntable and stick it into their face.
Did you ever have to wash bacon pans? That was hellish, especially when they freaking stack them and get the grease on both sides.
