The organic shooters were just to save time in explaining things. I think they were mechnical in the comics.

They were mechanical in the comics from the beginning, though there was a while when he did have organic web shooters. And the ability to shoot stingers out of his wrists, apparently...
Though in the comics the webbing was his own formula or something, in this the fluid is a thing developed by Oscorp, though he comes up with the device for shooting it.
This movie plays up his intelligence a bit more. And his sense of humor, but the snark only comes into two scenes for the purposes of having something for the trailer.

Any songs that you'd like to see given the PMV treatment?
I'd nominate "Kingdom of Ice" by Woven Hand because I think it would be an interesting challenge. Even though it's already about horses.

Don't care for PMV's honestly.
Everything's been done. Everything has a meaning. However your life at best is to serve as a building block for others.

So, in vaguely pony related stuff, did you know roses and rosebuds are apparently edible?
I wonder if they're a kind of delicacy... from what I've heard a lot of horses really like them.

And Roses are a major export of Turkmenistan I beleive.

HELLO ALL.
In terms of writing, My project is coming along well. It's just that I have to constantly go back and revise stuff so it makes sense with the new info I plug in. And make the whole thing...readable. It's still just a background guide for a world, but it's getting there.

Ever since someone pointed out the Misapplied Phlebotinum inherent in Spidey's mechanical webshooters, I haven't been able to take them seriously. The kid single-handedly achieved an engineering breakthrough by mass-synthesizing spider silkāand he just uses it to punch people.

I interrupt whatever it is you're talking about to announce that I have created a John de Lancie page! You should contribute to it, particularly if you're more well versed with Star Trek than I am.
You may go back to discussing random fanfics and Rarity's hair.

I dunno, I feel that the organic web shooters actually make a bit more sense then the mechanical ones. Super strength and sticking to walls aren't exactly a spider's most well-known attributes. Spinning webs? Now that sounds more like it. And yet that's the one power he didn't get.
