Well Applejack and Rarity presumably helped take care of their little sisters. Twilight had Spike to take care of. Fluttershy can care for anything, so knowing how to handle kids isn't a surprise. Really Rainbow is the only one I wouldn't expect to be at least somewhat knowledgeable on the subject.

Word of Faust is that Ponies reproduce in the normal mammalian way and mammals can't genderflip. Some fish can, but mammals can't. Nor can mammals reproduce withput a member of each gender (unless you count converting stem cells into the germ cells of the opposite gender and even then, that requires compicated techniques and s effectively genderflipping the cell).

Indeed. Rainbow is the only pony in the group who wouldn't have experience in taking care of foals.

@Sereg: The physical act of reproduction may be of the standard mammalian variety, but that doesn't mean there can't be any magical augmentation going on before hand.

Magical augmentation is admittedly not farfetched. What that involves could be pretty much anything. We don't know what spells typically sed in fantasy for such things are available.

I'm not sure how Power Perversion Potential applies to the spells we have seen. Though, I suppose that clouds may be a comfortable place to try when you don't feel like using the bed.

Oh, of course, telekinesis is naturallythe kind of spell with a million uses, so naturally it has uses in the bedroom. But yeah, Memetic Molester doesn't really have anything to do with that. Power Perversion Potential is about finding sexy uses for powers.

Can't believe that I forgot that. That's like a date rape spell.

You mean the gang rape spell, right?

I mean, the spell causes whatever the caster casts it on to become desired by everypony besides the caster themself. I can't see how such a spell would be pleasant in a 1-on-1 sexual encounter... but if what you wanted to do was sit back and watch while the target suddenly finds themselves in an Angel Guts film, then there ya go.
