Yeah, Monty Python seems really random, but there's a logical progression. They start out with one absurd element and sort of build from it, getting progressively more ridiculous. The Self Defense Against Fresh Fruit sketch comes to me. I love that thing.
The Spansih Inquisition is one of my favorites. Especailly how it keeps coming back unexepectedly.
