The main thing I know about Spore is the DRM controversy. Though I guess nowadays it is outshone by stuff like Diablo3.

Wow, those trading cards are great! It really sounds like they're listening to the fans and did they really let fans have input on official trading cards like that? I also like Time Turner for "Doctor Whooves, " it sounds more like an official pony name and it's also a time travel reference for Harry Potter fans. And they even mentioned "timey wimey." I'm not too familiar with Doctor Who outside of what has been mentioned on this site, but it looks like a reference was snuck in there anyway. I also like that the fandom name of Octavia was used and the idea of "Carrot Top" being Golden Harvest's nickname was also mentioned.

So, Taviscratch, Mayor-Turner, and Hearttop Bonbons. Also, apparently Trixie teased for Season Three.

Funny thing about Video Games, I was a little surprised that Daring Do from "Read It And Weep" was based off of Indiana Jones rather than Tomb Raider. Then again, TR is basically IJ with breasts, and since ponies in My Little Pony don't have breasts (I think), that might be why they went with IJ instead of TR.

By the way, I've noticed how in a number of entries on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, it says Word Of God. Do you think it would be a good idea to make sure they come with a disclaimer explaining that these are explanations by Lauren Faust, and that the Hasbro executives have more authority in explaining things by this point in time? I'm just saying.
