Honestly, my fanon is that humans may or may not have existed at some point, but no one knows if this is true or not, or what happend to them if it is true. I like to think that there are some pony's upsessed with humans in the same way that people would upsess over Big Foot, Aliens or the Loch Ness Monster: Lots of fake photos of humans, some false conspericy theory's, stuff like that.

And to anyone who says that it wouldn't fit in with the show: It's all for fun, not mean't to be taken too seriously. Lots of stuff that fans come up with wouldn't fit in anyway, so I don't see the harm in an idea like this.
