About a quarter of the way through A Love Letter. I'm digging it so far, I think this was just the sort of thing I needed. It definitely helps that it's well written.

Damn it Ginger, I trying to achieve catharsis, not sink into a darker mood.

Oh yeah. That part is awesome, and then the orchestra does a little spooky thing.

I saw a live production where as Javert jumped off of the bridge he was suspended by wires, and he's holding the last note while the orchestra is playing and he's floating backwards into an abyss... thingy.

I keep thinking that a ponified Javert would be a pegasus, and he'd kill himself by flying as high up to the stars as he can before intentionally letting his wings lock and he falls XD

Oh, hey, I just remembered! Do any of you read the newspaper comic Pearls Before Swine? I find myself liking it, despite its dark, cynical tone. Rat is a Jerkass extraordinaire, and Pig is the sweet, naive one who keeps the strip from becoming too dark. Then you have Goat, the intellectual who feels that he's surrounded by idiots, and Zebra, the activist who tries to improve relations between his zebra herd and the predators of Africa. Take a wild guess how well his efforts turn out.

Here's a little something that I consider Hilarious in Hindsight: in one set of episodes, Rat tries to get elected as mayor. What's his platform? To fight against deadly rainbows. Pig tries to point out that rainbows aren't deadly, but Rat says that Pig is soft on rainbows. Rat shows as proof a silly stick figure drawing of someone getting crushed by an evil laughing rainbow. Perhaps Rat watches My Little Pony when no one else is around?

Random: Is there a name for that cafe/restaurant where Twilight tries to eat in "The Ticket Master"?

Heh. I liked that comic.

I finally reached to moment when I'm "rescued" Bastilia in KOTOR. It's take so long.

Spike also seemed annoyed that they weren't serving gems.

But I don't really see Rat being a fan of the show.

Piggie's Vikings probably watch it.

I get the feeling that Zebra would watch it. Than Rat catches him watching Bridal Gossip and starts making Zecora jokes.

My favourite ones are the sunday strips that build up to a giant pun at the end... you can feel it coming, and it's so groan worthy, but they're brilliant.

And then Rat goes to beat up the cartoonist.
