Of Princesses and Time Chargers, a Doctor Who crossover following the multiples encounters between Celestia and the Doc. Of course, given we follow Celestia's timeline, it's timey-wimey all the way! ^^
The Audience... Simply one of the best Human in Equestria stories I've ever read. Full of great and surprising ideas (there isn't many others fanfic where you'll read "Snails" and "Fibonacci" in the same sentence)
Muffin Delivery, one-shot, aka "Luna X Derpy is the most adorable ship ever". No seriously that's incredibly cute and heartwarming.
Half-life 2: Episode E. It's only got a prologue and one chapter so far...But common, it's GORDON FREEMAN & Alyx in Equestria! Maybe!
Post Nuptials. I have no idea how THIS doesn't have a TV Tropes page yet. After the royal wedding, the main characters have to deal with the strains it put on their friendships...Especially their relationship with Twilight.
The Princess and the Pupil, one-shot... A Celestia X Twilight story...that doesn't end with clop. Actually, it's probably the most realistic view of a potential love between the two ever wrote...
