Speaking of Divergent Character Evolution, isn't it funny how Surprise is suddenly a well-loved cute widdle pony when just a week ago she was "psycho pony"?

Okay... my "G1" self would probably be a burned-out animator or comic artist who had a brief but unremarkable interest in electronics. Probably some sort of nature-lover, and was likely a part of the hippie movement. Probably listens to the Beatles and nothing else.

Or, since the G1 cartoon tended to have one-dimensional characters, he'd basically be a human version of Grouchy Smurf.

Well, if we're just going by the sheer numbers of it then my G1 self would likely be reasonably placid, but with a bizarre sense of humour - the start of one of those troll types of old men who seem really nice but do crazy-crap when you aren't ready for it.

Also probably quiet, I guess? Staring off into space, planning.

@Turtle: Not just yet. I'm going to ask my dad about it tonight - he's built a few computers, so he should know. Failing that I'm gonna go to a computer store come Tuesday(Mondays a holiday here) to ask someone about it, and pick a socket up if needs be.

Getting off-topic, the Linux virus scanner is funny. I ran it on my Windows drives, and noticed it was detecting a large amount of "threats." So I stopped it and looked, and all the "threats" were PU As (Possibly Unwanted Applications).

Then I noticed that it was basically saying every Windows installation, execute or system file was a PUA. Talk about subtlety!
