@blue: Seems like they have planting season at winter wrap up, so not sure how that would work. Maybe AJ needs to hire help to tend to the farm, but nopony else is around?

OR, Pinkie gets really bored with noone to hang out with but AJ, but AJ needs to work, so Pinkie decides to 'help' her?

I was more thinking "Pinkie randomly gets interested in Earth Pony magic and volunteers to help Applejack during some critical planting time." AJ really doesn't want her help but is too nice to turn her away. I guess that might be kind of out of character for Pinkie though. Whatever, they could make it happen in some form or fashion. Maybe just some big "call in all the Earth Ponies" event like with the Pegasi in Hurricane Fluttershy.

Sigh, I was enjoying posting in the Korra thread even though I'd initially planned to stay out of it. But now everyone is just discussing the old series or trying to analyze Ginger.

well, currently packing up for my move to LA for my internship. I leave tomorrow.

Good one in the morning. I may have just had the worst work day ever. My pants ripped, my entire outfit got doused in four kinds of liquid/semiliquid, there were two bronies who went to see Brave that I couldn't even interact with briefly because the theatres were too damn dirty, I had to walk home because the bus doesnt run this late and my bike is busted, I'm threatened with termination because despite being one of the hardest most abused workers they have I have had consistently poor performance in selling their ridiculous membership cards in the past six weeks which means I could get fired before I even find new work, and...

You know what cheered me up a little?

Look what popped up on my tumblr dashboard, a brand new and very funny and eerie Rainbow Dash Presents: Haunted Nightmare.

I think I'll watch it again before I pass out.

A friend of mine worked in theatre concession once. He quit because they didn't pay him for almost three weeks after he was supposed to get his first paycheck, and they refused to let him change his schedule to one where he could catch a train home after his shift.

Still, I did get a chance to refer to him as 'concession slave' while he was on the job, so I was happy with it.

I had to walk home 3.1 miles today, but at least my job is great.

[Well, I'm not literally "stuck", its just that... early on, I decided on a setup of "Chrome for Surprise, Firefox for my main". But I've just freshly installed Zorin OS 6 and its for some reason not letting me install or run Firefox. I could just sign in as my main if I wanted to, but its as Applejack would say: "everything has to be just so." It's kind of getting annoying, really]

[I'm seriously thinking of downgrading back to Zorin 5.2—Zorin 6 apparently still has some kinks to work out]
