Well, it couldn't hurt to try.

Take a scene from an episode that you like, and do it with your characters. It could have potential.

I work better ensemble, gives me more options. I mean my next idea was to do a Spike and the CMC blog. Furthermore, a majority of the single character blogs have been done, I'll stand out even less and nobody cares about OCs.
