I'm only one bothered with way humans treat pokemons?
Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.
@Perp: Hm, yeah. Plus the ponies and Pokémon both having special powers would give them another thing in common.
What Pokemon would Tia and Luna use?

In the games or the anime? Because the games go into detail to justify it.

Everything's been done. Everything has a meaning. However your life at best is to serve as a building block for others.
@Chada and how is it justified? Just wondering

@Ginger Way too much to explain. You'd have to play Black or White.
Sinnoh Folk Tales explains some of it.
Uhh basically, they desire to be with humans.

@Psi I need to watch that new Muppets move. They even make fun of that trope. I wonder how many start of How I Met Your Mother will play in that type of adaptations.
Like I said before live action have exuse for doing this, but animation have no such thing.

@Lurker except they're actually not?

@ginger With Pokemon. They're hypoocrites.
If you stare into the abyss long enough, it stares into you.
Element of Indecision.
@Chada How can capturing animals and forcing them to fight (even teachign kids to do this) can be even justified, even worse that those animal where closer in level of sentience to human than our animals.
Whatever, in my headcanon Pokemon secretly rule humanity (because
Humans Are Morrons)
Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.
they are hyposcrites, they use pokemon to fight, but they keep saying that as soon as they hve freed all the other pokemon in the world from humans (aka stolen everyone pokemon, weather they use them to battle or as pets, or actaul companions) they will realses there own.
Build a fool proof system, and the world will create a better fool.
My random thoughts
I do find it weird that an entire society and economy is built up around making things fight each other. I much prefer the relationships that people have with their Pokemon that arent fighting based.
If you have to ask, you'll never know...
My ATLA liveblog
HYPOCRITES!!
Always fun... wait, no... no they aren't.

I actually only got up to Nimbasa City before I moved on. I should really pick it up again.
