You can sorta get an effect like that playing the portal game... depending on how you place portals. Its kinda disorienting at the speeds depicted in the game.

I'm always mildly disappointed when an action RPG doesn't have viable unarmed combat options. The only series that really seems to anymore is The Elder Scrolls.

Yeah I'm with the crowd of she was only going Mach 1, which still, breaking the sound barrier is hardcore, and the cone shape is just artistic license. The land speed i'll buy it's a bit rough but possible with the math they did that it's close, but the calculation for her HP while in flight, yeah that's I'm not gonna accept on it's own.

I would imagine that it wouldnt affect you at all really if it worked like the portals in the Portal game. You keep going in a straight line no matter where the exit portal is placed so you woldnt have any wrenching of your body. Now if you tried to reorient yourself after exiting by moving you might mess yourself up I guess?

I find it interesting I just thread jumped 18-ish pages and the topic of conversation was nigh identical.

Oh, and I was absent today becuase it was the graduation of the artist for Ask A Bishounen Pony.

And apperently someone mentioned MLP during their speech, talking about all unlikely people who end up succeeding exceptionally and made a joke it probably had to do with our attention spans.

RAM isn't an issue, it's the CPU. Minecraft takes a crapload of CPU time to do the rendering and all that.

On my laptop, I struggle to get more than one frame per second. What a waste of money.
