We know Twilight does. Rarity and Fluttershy would also most likely enjoy it. The other three, not so likely. Pinkie Pie might drink it if you dump enough sugar into it.
I've really never put any thought into a pony version of myself. I really have no idea how it would look.

Well, If I was going to do it, then I was gonna ask everyone to send me a ponification of themselves using a pony creator (and tell me what CM you'd want). Then give it to the artist as reference.
It would probably cost a RIDICULOUS amount of money though
