Thanks Crow and Psi.
Wow, it feels weird using this old comp again.
Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.
To be fair the show does give a lot of Sympathetic spotlight to minor characters, the Wonderbolts are just unfortunate enough to almost always get the short straw.
@Lurker My mind doesn't work by analysing characters. It thinks in terms of story structure.
I honestly don't know why
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs Schneizel
Well, technically it's Thief Gold, but yeah, The Dark Project. Got it and its sequel on Steam for a bit under ten bucks. Not a bad deal.
@Ginger That's not true. You are always pointing out nice character moments that you enjoy, like Pinkie being sweet and normal-ish, or Silver Spoon being kinder and more perceptive than Diamond Tiara. You just need to apply that logic to all characters rather than just a few.
@Crow: That seems to be a running gag for me, even when I'm sever millennium in the future. Those daleks knew how to mess with me.
Also, how could I forget Ginger's antics?
@Doctor: Thanks again for everything.

@Lurker I guess it's because I don't JUST watch a show for character related stuff. I DO watch things for spectacle as well.

@Lurker I just feel like we'll NEVER be able to see the Wonderbolts being awesome because they're too minor in their character importance.
As I said, It's just a weird disconnect I have with a lot of stories

Wrong thread?
No, I was talking to the Doctor on the previous page.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
As much as I'm not a fan of Sonic Rainboom and Secret of My Excess as a whole, if the Wonderbolts had saved the day in either, it would have been pretty unsatisfying.
Also, since we're talking about Secret of My Excess, why did the capes never show up again?
@Ginger Never say never. It's not over 'til the fat pony sings. Luckily, we've only seen two fat ponies, and they don't appear to have good singing voices.
I started reading a new book today and it made me think of you: the first two chapters were devoted to showing how awesome the villains were. Before the main character had even been introduced.
It's not that uncommon, especially in Thriller types. Usually there's a prologue chapter or two in which some hapless redshirt gets offed by the villian before switching focus to the main character.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
I still like to say that the Wonderbolts were able to lure Spike away from the town. (just to preserve at least SOME measure of their competency)

@Crow:
Phazon, lots and lots of phazon. I would so love to see Aqua again, though she might not recognize me (both physically and personally).
