Y'know, about that discussion earlier,

What if the season three opener introduced a trio of stallions (one of each race) who help the mane six defeat whatever villian shows up, and they become very semi occurring supporting characters?

Would or could that work?

I think most any character could carry their own episode, honestly. Of course, I'm of the very rare "I don't care what the episode is about so long as it's entertaining and doesn't break character" school of thought.

@Chada besides me personally not being able to stand it most of the time because of how omni-present it is?
