Well, you shouldn't have to worry about spychecking if you're a good actor. Pick your disguises right, and act how the class would act in certain situations, and you won't be found suspicious. If your disguise has low health, it's not suspicious if you're tailing it back to near spawn. I've never really had a problem with disguises, even against good players. Sounds like you've had to deal with some overly paranoid teams, lurker. Although it definitely is more about positioning and timing than just using the two abilities.

I dunno. I have TF 2 from the Orange 8ox on the X8ox, and it just never really clicked for me. It's a lot twitchier than the only other shooter I'm used to, which is Halo, and it just felt like I was coming in 8ehind to such an extent that I could never hope to catch up. I came into Halo PC with about the same time 8etween release/purchase, 8ut I never had the same pro8lem with it as I did with TF 2. Which is a shame, since it is fun. I just feel like it's forever 8eyond my reach at this point. XD

I just know that when I played, I didn't just single out suspicious looking people. I shot everyone, so long as there wasn't someone on the other team I should have been shooting instead. There's no reason not to. You'd be surprised just how many spies you catch doing that.

All good TF 2 players are paranoid. It's just the way things work.

Well of course they're paranoid. There are Spies and Scouts about. But spending too much time on checking is often detrimental, as you spend more time focusing on that than the objective. I'm not saying that spychecking is bad; you should be doing it. But doing it constantly is the problem.
I think eventually, I just got used to being checked all the time and learned how to avoid it.
@Red. Yeah, there's a lot to deal with if you just jump into it. I started playing around two years ago and it took me forever to learn about most of the game then.

@Moe. Pick one at random?

Never getting into TF 2 is one of my biggest regrets.

Which is why I installed it on the laptop on Friday!

The Soldier is pretty solid...but atm, it's too early to tell.

But I love this game.

Solder is my average class, just like Demo and Spy. Fun to play but not that much.

I prefer burning down enemies.

A confusing point came up in a discussion I was having recently, and I wondered if you guys would know:

Are ponies naturally double-jointed? I ask because normally their legs bend one way but at some points (particularly anytime they're tied up) they bend in more humanesque directions.

I haven't played TF 2 in months. I used to go Pyro so much :/
