This FLCL/MLP crossover fic of mine involves quiet, intimate instrospection... and also multiversal conquest, and rock music from an Eldritch Abomination who is sealed in a dimension where all screamed for naught. Blame Atomsk for that part.

@ginger: The author usually gets chapters out at roughly a 1.5 week basis since he got back on track after a long stream of slow releases in like October/November. Only Chapter 19 broke that streak, what with it being extraordinarily long compared to his usual fare.

It's been a week, so I expect it to be out soon. Maybe Devnator would have an idea, if he's on?

@Apple: Aw, you shouldn't beat yourself up about it. It's natural to be angry at the dick(I'm assuming you're talking about the guy who threatened to beat you up, then threatened to beat you up if you told anyone he threatened to beat you up?), and at least you recognize that you were in the wrong. Remember: The only true evil is to not know when you are wrong, or to not care. To admit you are wrong, and to desire to be better is the greatest expression of goodness.

I'm learning the big thing about apartment hunting is you must never, EVER trust pictures. The first place had pictures of renovated bathroom and kitchen... and everywhere else was crap. they always, always take the pictures with the rooms empty to make them seem bigger, glance over the flaws, etc.

I guess it makes sense, but it does make a few places disappointing to actually see. At least I'm doing the tours before signing off on the places.

Drenius: Ah, so it's about proportional. There are some houses out here that run over a million, but those ones actually tend to merit their price (although I've always been curious who, out in this backwater city, would be rich enough to want to put that much money into a house in said city... Seriously, there's practically nothing around here).
