It's no more difficult than using a normal sword in your mouth, which Kingdom Hearts 2 proves is a viable combat style for super-powered quadrupeds.

And Metal Gear Solid proves it's viable for armless humanoids. Assuming that you randomly develop lightning powers in the process.

On the pony subject, it really does bug me how the animators have slowly but consistently shifted to a "hooves are hands" stance. I thought the show was a lot more unique when they had to think of other ways to manipulate things.

I hadn't noticed that, I guess I should pay more attention. Anyway, I hope they stop that.
