How strong is it anyway? It may be able to regenerate, but it isn't unstoppable

It can be stopped, but sooner or later Foundation will run out of options to do it. And if it escape it will be disaster.

So, Colin told me that I am very under leveled at where I'm at in the game. Everypony is ~13 and I started going through the Magitech Research Facility. He said that, that is when everyone is near level 20.

There no technology for that or simply it's to dangerous, he break out from containment 6 time, in space nobody could stop him.
