I'd love to be a writer, but I just don't have the time to actually put together an original story. I have an idea, but it's so massive that actually getting it out of my head will be almost impossible. And I kinda just enjoy writing for it's own sake anyway.
G'night apple
j teeth..why you slack on FO:E

I'm still trying to figure out how genuine Insipid is...
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs Schneizel
so I'm changing my avatar to reflect how good it feels.
Aww, but I liked the Twilight avatar.
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".

just messing with ya, but if your think THESE chapters are long..hooooo boy, wit till you get to 37..that chapter's the size of a short story all on it's own.

The problem is that I have ideas for a game, but not enough ideas to make it complete. This is always the frustratign part of thinking up things, because it takes ages to figure out what to do.

@JT it's considered the most important chapter in the story.
All chapters after that are from 40 to 60 pages long, I think

Well the whole thing jus what the group did in
Canterlot it's really one big seflcontained mini-adventoure, it's also the biggest chapter plotpoint wiese, it's pretty much the apex of the build up, cause right after that it heads right into the final confrontations.
It does get split up quite efficiently into mini chapters though so there are easy stopping points.

I'd recommend breaking chapter 37 into 3 or 4 pieces. That's what I did.

yeah the chapter gives you plenty of places where you make a good stopping point.

If it has a number of good stopping points, why not just...split it in the first place? :/
@Swa. I have no clue. Ask KKAT.
becuase he way the sotry runs, it really does flow better as one single chapter. it's just there are enough clear transition areas where you can easily stop and restart later.

So why not have chapters for the chapters?
I suspect it was because since this is fanfiction the story was released in chapters. The author probably didn't want to leave such a large plot point unfinished so he wrote the whole damn thing before releasing it to the public.
I'm gonna grumble something about "concision" again.
and again long =/= bad
everything in the chapter was importent and either served some porpuse in the overall plot. And as long as it is, i never FELT long.
