There's more too. He said he was fed up with my 'holier than thou' attitude with regards to his gambling and cannabis use. I told him I only ever wanted to advise him against those things, and that I didn't think I was better than him at all.

And what's more, he sort of taunted me about graduating before me, saying that for all my talk of knuckling down and nose to the grindstone, I had little to show for it. That really hurt...as I only failed by a handful of marks.

@crowlover: Yeah, the villians are one of the strongest things about the fanfic. Hence Ginger's love of it.

On rewatching the latest episodes: I've always really enjoyed these two. I've noticed though that in the earlier episodes, the colours are brighter and the characters speak a bit differently to the way they do now. Not a complaint. Just interesting.

@Ginger: Mai from Avatar is a perfect way to describe Greyscale! I never thought of that before! Honestly she's my least favourite, not because I don't like her, but because the others are so much more quirky.

so, new idea on the whole "Blueblodd is Tia's nephwe" thing It's not bilogical OR strictly adoptive. Tia has had many proteges over the years, all of whom she treats like family, when her proteges have kids she gets to know them, and they grow up seeing her as "auntie" celstia, over time ponies jus ssumed she really WAS there aunt, and it spiraled fro there.

Why? What episode was it?

The episodes were Bridle Gossip and Swarm of the Century. The differences are minor, but for instance, Twilight's voice used to be slightly more high-pitched even when she wasn't stressed. Makes sense that she's changed the most.

On Blueblood. I think that he's exactly as Faust said. A distant relative on Celestia's mother's side. Alicorns are rare and they occasionally mate with non alicorns which sometimes results in non-alicorn foals.

ok, we need a Movie STAT, if only becuase that is the only thing eic enough to give us EXACTLY what Alicorn's are.

So... Red Velvet's powers work via Rule of Scary, right? Is what she does real or is it all in her target's head? (like what happened to Jetstream at the end of Chapter 9)

Also, not sure if this is the point, but I'm thinking everyone hates and demeans Havoc because it serves as a counterpoint to everyone loving and being protective of Fluttershy

And with that in mind, I am not looking forward to Chapter 9.
