Not everything can be labeled as thing with villains. You may count Replikans as villains, but story and theme most important here. But that can be great and interesting for some and lame and boring for others.

@ginger I was going to say there won't be a new villain, then I remembered that one shows up at the very end. You don't see him in action in the episode, though, and he's a bit more like a mercenary. We'll see what you think.
