I was thinking making her a synthetic alicorn, with the nanogun as a horn and her body glowing with "veins" of nano streaming over her body. Her limbs could be aglow from within due to the internal nano-powered strength amplifiers, and her wings would only be able to improve her jumping power because of her mass increase and lack of pegasus racial magic.
