I saw the Reduced Shakespeare Company perform once. Hilarity ensued. I also had to read Hamlet for a college English class, AND watch the Kenneth Branagh adaptation.

Did you know that a plastic sword can in fact stick into a foam wall if launched by a Supposed to be dead person?

[up]Just how hard did they launch the sword to manage to get it to stick?

A gag. At the end of a fake play an actor stabs himself with the sword and collapses. (I think...) On the last night he borked it up when he collapsed his sword went flying. It lodged firmly into the wall.

Personally, the best Hamlet version I've seen was the one by The Order of the Stick.

Though the Abridged Version of Hamlet is also pretty funny.

It's not an online strip. It was part of Snips, Snails, and Dragon Tales.

Ahh, that would explain why I have no recollection of it.

Damnit, it's not fair. I don't have to go to work tomorrow due to a compressed work schedule, but I'm already where my eyes are blurring.
