Afternoon all.

For example, the entire thing is written in the simple past tense, which I don't think is commonly used in German. And most of the ways they phrased things are awkward even if they aren't technically incorrect.

I'll be doing the last of my community service that I need for school.

@Whatsisgame I think the last panel is the weirdest, I'll try translating the thing between Cadence and "King Zebra"

Meanwhile Princess Cadence spoke with (not translated) King Zebra. "You must kidnap Twilight Sparkle, so that instead of (whose?) I can marry." "Yes, " said King Zebra (should have probably made it a compound word) "I will disguise myself as Servant Zebra (same here). All Zebras look the same, therefeore they will not notice it."Then I will stick Twilight Sparkle in my pot."

Cadance was also using the familiar "you" to talk with "King Zebra, " which you would not do.

@story In stories it's typical. Atypical in conversation, though.

Ok, one thing I don't get. How the heck did they manage to translate 'wait' to 'erwarten'? If they were just using the most common translation word by word, they should have 'translated' it to warten.

Also, they have 'Ich werde' conjugated correctly in one place, but in another place, they write 'Ich wird' instead. WHY?

@ AJ should have an episode where she's taking apples to another town from pages ago: I read a fic about that. Kinda about that. Rainbow was there as well. Anyway the point is AJ died due to some Griffons and Rainbow is very distraught that she didn't manage to save AJ. Also Appledash was involved.

I'm beginning to wonder. I'm not sure if there's a single translation method that could explain all those mistakes. Some parts look like they were translated word for word while others don't.

I used the microphone during the old Skype chats. By talk a lot I meant type a lot during the synchtube thing. I'm a bit of a wordy typer.

I swear, the hardest part about job hunting is the applying to companies you don't care about. The hell am I supposed to put in a cover letter? I want to work for you because I'm unemployed and bored and will take any job at this point?
