I meant to say, about the issue of 'banishment'...

I think Tia actually does banish ponies out of the country...but only under both of the following circumstances:

1. They fucked up royally, harming many many ponies and causing a ton of damage.

2. They are unrepentant about their actions.

This will get you banished...but...if you repent and make amends...you'll be welcomed back.
