If it's any consolation, Ginger, all of our evidence of Twilight's abilities have shown us that despite being able to learn just about any kind of magic, she will never be as effective with any individual spell as someone who specializes is a spell associated with their special talent. Shining Armor specializes in defense, and his shields make Twilight's look pathetic by comparison. She can only barely imitate Cadence's love magic, and it's a rather pathetic imitation at that. Rarity has demonstrably far more telekinetic dexterity than Twilight, thanks to specializing in fine detail work. I'm sure if we were to see a unicorn who specialized in transportation, their teleportation spell would be far more effective and efficient.

MERMAID PONIES

Twilight is the jack-of-all-spells, but master of none. She has a spell for just about everything, but there's always going to be some pony that makes her version if it seem like foal's play.

Twilight will go in the history books as the unicorn with the most spells ever learned.
