Meh, I'm going with "Screw That" And the ACTAUL reason is that the Star Sapphires existed before the whole "multiple corp" idea as an all female organization, they just got retconed into being the Purple Lanterns as well and the No Males part stuck.
really no one pony/dragon seems better suited for it then any other.

The original Day of the Dead is really cool though. It's setting (a military bunker) is pretty interesting

@Mio That's the violet entity, right? I'm not exactly a comics buff, so I wouldn't know about The Predator's temperament. In fact, my entire knowledge of comic books comes from cartoon adaptations and this wiki.
