I in no way think everything is a Ship Tease. I'm just open to the possibility that they exist, and like Oscar Wilde, they want to say something they're not allowed to say.

@con RD is a fan of the wonderbolts, so that pic of her with Soarin' is to show that she got to interact with them at the wedding, getting one of the things she most wanted. It was meant to be a happy end to the season for her.

There, logical rationale for that shot which has nothing to do with shipping

Now a days, I think Ho Yay and Foe Yay are used because A: writers like just hinting at stuff to mess with the audience, and B: the audience often really like it.

That would be a 50 page book report, at least.

@Purple: Totally possible, but we never read Sherlock Holmes in school. That's the sort of thing you write a book about, though. There are so many storys.

Sherlock is awesome, BTW.

Some of the relentless searching for Ho Yay might also be due to the fact that we don't get much fanservice aimed at us, and we have to compensate.

I know. I just assumed there would've been. I don't see it personally either.

They did seem to feel like they SHOULD'VE been arch-enemies. The Queen looked and sounded like an evil Celestia (imo)
