I know, right? They really nailed the difference between the two. Chrysalis's lines are so deliciously evil and delivered perfectly, and Cadence highlights the desperate nature of the whole situation.

Was anyone else really sad to see her struggling with the mine cart? Just how long has she been down there, to have weakened that much.

@CDRW Maybe that's why there's only 13 confirmed episode next season. They make a half season, release a movie theatrically, and make a full Season 4.

@story I know that feel, man. I usually have a PB and J every day for lunch and dinner, because it's one of the few foods I like.

@Sky Strike: Actually that does make me wonder what the elements would have done to them. Though I guess it probably would have been the same thing as Shining Armor and Cadence did.

the whole thing felt Disney Quality. I'm talking Disney Renaissance era quality. Most "movie"-ish parts where when Twilight was trapped in the caves right through the song, and the ending.

@Colin I think she was weakened to the point of having almost no power, physically or magically. She was effectively an invalid in the fight that ensued, and she struggled to use her spell to restore Shining Armor.

they were so very lucky that the power of their unity was so much more powerful than either of them alone.
