I just realized something about Applejack in the finale. If all goes well, going by the picture of her making the apple cupcakes, she will get to do something that she wanted to do in "The Best Night Ever, " which is to actually get the royals and aristocrat ponies to eat her treats! I doubt she would be selling them at the wedding (unless she's paid for the catering?) but considering almost no one ate the treats she worked so hard on before, hopefully she'll at least get to have some of the aristocrats compliment her on that.
