Even at her worst moments, I really can't dislike Rarity, because she's proven to be a really good person at heart. Look at what she did for her friends in "Suited For Success", and how conscious she was of her jealousy in "Green Isn't Your Color". She's a kind and talented person, and so I can forgive upsurges in ego like in "Sonic Rainboom".
...And in her defense, those were dangerously fabulous wings.
