@Ginger AJ being stubborn isn't exactly unique to her, though. In fact, Fluttershy and Rarity ore the only two who aren't stubborn on a regular basis. AJ's primary flaw is that she puts her own personal honor and promises above all else, even when upholding them is more harmful than helpful to everypony else. It's probably the most unique and interesting out of all the flaws of the mane cast, but there's only so much you can do to explore it without retreading ground.

Lately, it's been Twilight's "freak out at absolutely everything" (its just been taken too far) and Pinkie's apparent ability to bend reality (again, it needs to be reined in a bit)

Annoying flaws? I've got nothing. I guess I'm just immune to Pinkie. Also, I wouldn't call only two instances of Twilight freaking out "taken too far", especially since the latest one was a lot more subdued than the first and quite justified.

Mane cast character flaw that annoys me would probably be the most often said one: Rainbow Dash's ego. Mare Do Well was the thing that got it for me.

Actually, on the topic of Pinkie flaws, I really didn't dig her saying "I don't know who dun dood it." It wasn't cute or funny, it just makes it seem like she's becoming an idiot.

Perhaps poor Pinkie Pie is growing a brain tumor (now there's a sadfic waiting to happen...)

"It's About Time" began with her having a freakout about a practically-nonexistant scheduling error. This was BEFORE she got a visit from her future self.

I'd call that taking it too far.
