I don't remember exactly why I came to TV Tropes. (Maybe the reference from XKCD?) But I eventually discovered the Daring Do Page and one of the editors of the character page being named "gingerninja 666." Eventually, when I got more interested, I was linked to this forum and, here I am.

I have been here since mid 2009. I forget how I came here in the first place. I think it was because some fool on another forum linked me to this site. The rest was history.

I found T Vtropes in general when I was searching for some details on a particular book I was reading at the time. I spent a LOT of time browsing the different tropes, then I discovered the forums. I mostly lurked on the Video Games forum, participated a bit in the Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas threads. Then one day my boyfriend put Ponies on my tablet and I ended up reading this thread.. now I'm a Pony...

I didn't even remember how I ended up getting into TV Tropes. I think it might have been a random article mentioning a trope by name and linking it for clarification, but I can't be absolutely certain. TV Tropes did have a hand in getting me into FiM, though and then FiM got me prowling this and the Yackfest FiM threads.
