I haven't been in there at all lately either...

Oh, and if L is around I watched the first couple episodes of WITCH. The animation pretty standard - no spectacular but at least solid, aside from some wonky lip-syncing. Writing wise it's at least interesting, though there were a few pacing issues... on the whole it was okay, but nothing spectacular. I'll probably keep watching, just to see if it gets better, but unless it does I'm not sure it'll keep my interest for long.

I've been more or less mentally crashing at night lately, and what little creative effort I've been able to muster has gone into writing.

That whole concept is at a really weird place right now, though. In order to figure out what we're doing we have to make a few pretty big decisions and set them in stone to build off of, and we've been waffling on those for quite a while now.

@Crowfall: Yup. It's basically the only place where I resorted to a walkthrough, because I wasn't about to waste more time getting into random battles where figuring out where the stupid bugs were supposed to take me.

@Perpetual: Yeah, I want to see the RP go forward, but I don't have enough experience with it to really contribute more to the mechanics. We need to just pick something and get a trial run started to see how it goes.

@J Teeth: I really should play that one again. I remember really liking it, but I've played it less than most of the other playstation era Final Fantasies.

@Crow: Yeah, it's actually probably my favorite of the Playstation era FF games, although that might just be because I like the fantasy setting more than they sci fi settings of the other two PS games. I think they did a really good job of keeping the tone more lighthearted while still telling a rather dark story. It was a bit of a relief after how angsty FF 8 was.
