That's easy. First off, 13! = 0 mod 30 because 13! = 1*2*
3*4*5*6*7*8*9*
10*11*12*13.
As for 7^25, by the Eurler Totient Theorem you know that 7^8 = 1 mod 30, so 7^25 = (7^8)^3*7 = 1^3*7 = 7 mod 30. So the final answer is 7.

That question would be doable in 3 minutes with a calculator, but if that was supposed to be done by hand...
The whole point is that you aren't supposed to actually calculate the power. What if it was 7^800001 instead?

Yeller: Yea, my gut reaction was some convoluted algebra, since I've pretty much forgotten everything you used to solve that. Figured there must have been some kind of trick to it, though.
It's not algebra, it's number theory, which is the class Ilsemmr was in. It seems like a pretty standard question to me.
