@Seraph Yeah, but what I'm most looking for in a villain isn't their skill (though that is a large secondary factor). It's mainly their capacity to plan and make intelligent well-thought out strategic decisions

I'm sure most pegasi make sure the clouds are far enough away from structures to cause damage......unless they have depth perception issues.
