My go-to shows for the summer will probably be Adventure Time and ATLA; I've been meaning to watch both since forever but I haven't had time.

Must never watch the rest of that show. I can't stand being knowingly manipulated. (hmmph)

For a show like that, (where everyone says the twists are so amazing that you have to go in completely unspoiled, ) I say go read all the big spoilers you can find, and then watch the whole series, so you'll get to go "Ha ha, I know something you don't know!" the whole time.
