Hmm, I thought Over a Barrel was alright. I personally think Owls Well that Ends Well gets to much of a bad rep, and MMDW is. . .MMDW.

@Perpetual: Like I said, personal preference. I generally prefer having a smaller more focused cast, especially in a show that's as character-driven as this one.

I think my favorite episode is "Suited for Sucess" because the song "Art of the Dress" in it is my favorite so far. Close second favorite episode is "A Friend in Deed" because of the Smile song.

I was a little disapointed after OAB when I discovered that Spike normally doesn't get much focus. I thought he was one of the main characters at first.

Hey does anyone else agree with my head fanon that MMDW took place over several months? That would explain the number of accidents and RD's seemingly abrupt character shift.

If they can keep up the quality of writing and animation, I'd be all about a spinoff. That's just more pony for us. Spike's pretty unlikely though, if they did do another show it would probably be the CMC.

Just be glad that Pinkie isn't the main character all the time, like in Over A Barrel. When I first started watching, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash were my favorite characters.

@Story: I do admit that it makes RD's spiral of self-esteem issues a lot more believable, as well as helping a lot with the density of the disasters.
