not really to me, he only said two sentences about how good it was, but that he didn't want to spoil anything so couldn't give details. For those that dont click links here's what Seth said about the finale
For the sake of spoilers, the only thing I can say is that it is seriously the most epic two part we have received so far. Back to back, it feels like a Lion King style high budget Disney movie.
and for those wondering how he knows, he got invited to a special early screening of it in LA.

@CDRW: Well, Equestria Daily is basically the biggest go-between between the fanbase and the people who make the show, so it's only natural that they'd want to use it for stuff like this. It's basically the brony news site, so when the showrunners want to get word out to the fanbase, it's easy to go right to EQD.

I want to see an epic battle between Octavia and Vinyl Scratch with a Libra Me From Hell type soundtrack that fades between classical/opera, and a more metal song depending on which of the two has the upper hand in the fight ATM.
